Jeroen Laurijssen is a senior legal counsel with over 12 years of in-house experience advising tech and SaaS companies across the EMEA region. He has served as interim legal counsel for companies including Bird, Hypersolid, Expereo, and Irdeto.

Jeroen’s practice focuses on commercial contracts, data privacy (GDPR), IP, AI, and procurement. He has led negotiations on international enterprise deals and high-value RFPs, and brings hands-on experience with SaaS agreements, outsourcing contracts, and cross-border partnerships.

He holds a post-graduate specialisation in IT & IP law (Grotius Informaticarecht) and is based in Haarlem, the Netherlands.
