Personal Experience
Chinara’s passion lies in business, people, and communication. Chinara completed her bachelors degree in law at Baku State University in Azerbaijan. After working as legal counsel for about 3 years, she pursued her Master of Law studies in European Business Law at Lund University in Sweden. She specializes in the field of law, with a focus on commercial contracting and data privacy. Her motivation for choosing this path stems from her passion for guiding companies, stakeholders, and colleagues in legal matters.
Her engagements in AMST Legal include providing legal services to various clients and assisting her colleagues with commercial contracts, data privacy matters, and compliance with the laws and internal policies. On a day-to-day basis, she works on commercial contract review, negotiation, and drafting, as well as advising clients on regulatory and data privacy compliance, drawing from her academic and professional legal experiences.
