Role as Paralegal at AMST Legal
Lowa provides support to Robby on his assignments as legal counsel for various companies. Next to providing support to Robby, Lowa acts as an interim Paralegal offering Paralegal Services. This includes for example proof-reading contracts, drafting and rolling out contract templates as well as handling corporate housekeeping and UBO for companies.
About Lowa
Lowa received her Paralegal certification from Påhlmans Handelsinstitut, Stockholm, Sweden in 2021 and gained more interest in law why she enrolled in Uppsala University’s law school (combined LL.B and LL.M) the same year to pursue a law degree. She deepened her interest in contract law through an advanced course in commercial contracting and wants to assist companies with their contracts (NDAs, tech contracts, corporate contracts, sales and reseller contracts among others), contract management, corporate housekeeping and UBO.
