As Founder and Senior Legal Counsel of AMST Legal, Robby provides legal and contract negotiation advice to start-ups, scale-ups and corporates in various industries – mostly in Technology and Renewables – but always with a special focus on contracts.
Next to providing ad hoc advice to his clients, Robby also acts as an interim Senior Legal Counsel and General Counsel for various companies.
Contract Negotiation Advice
Robby provides advice to companies on how to improve contracts and optimize legal processes. This also involves a lot of negotiations of contracts, specially with a focus on Customer, Vendor (Procurement) and Partner Agreements.
Negotiation Specialist
In addition, Robby is a certified negotiation specialist, offering negotiation training for legal and non-legal professionals. After obtaining a Harvard Negotiation Certificate in Advanced Negotiations in 2021, Robby shares lessons learned during the many contract negotiations since 2004.
